TOS and info for commissions and adopts

Commissions

What I draw:
-Horses (your horse, OC, fanart...)
-Your Star Stable horse, maybe with your character
-Other animals, fantasy creatures and character

What I don't draw:
-Realistic artstyle
-Human portraits

Maybe:
-Furry, mild nsfw...I am open to all ideas!

Always colored and rendered, background is simple-I focus mainly on the characters

Prices: look at my VGen, prices may vary. I try to keep prices as affordable as possible

TOS:
-U can use the art however u want (profile photo, print it, as a gift...)-U must not: say that you are the author, remove my signature, use for AI, resell, use for profit without my premission

Process:
-I will send you the sketch and pre-rendered version for consultation
-When using instagram DM-I send the final commission to email
-Payment-Paypal, Ko-fi, VGen
-I am working as fast as I can :)

What do I need to know before I start drawing?
-what character?-description, photos, is it OC, your horse, fanart?
-Head / half body / full body / more complex pose
-Do you want to add something? character / horse tack or extras

Adoptables

After payment-you are the owner but I am still the original author!

  • U can use the character however u want -OC, for storry, game, art...

  • U can use it privately, publicly

  • U can edit and change the character-I am still the original author

  • U can trade the character-I need to know who the new owner is!

  • You can only sell that character by paying a fee. (Merchandising on VGen)

  • Do not copy or trace my art!

  • Do not use the character for AI content, illegal content and NSFW contetnt (if the character itself is nsfw, then you can. But not my cute horses.)

  • Do not say that you are the original author

You will recieive the png without watermark and receipt confirming that you are the new owner. Sometimes also png without background :)
